Pamela brings to HER almost 30 years of experience in one of the most challenging, rewarding and respected positions: nurturing and raising two amazing daughters. Along the way, Pam developed a keen passion for the environment, health and fitness and helping others. A continuous force in her children’s school as PTA President in elementary, middle and high school, Pam is remembered for her “morning walk to school group” and for championing the approval, purchase and installation of a rock wall in the school gym – the only one of its kind in the school district.
Since then, Pam has become a certified health coach and yoga instructor, as well as studying for her certificate as a Master Gardener. She attended the University of Tennessee, but circumstances arose that prevented her timely graduation. Undaunted, Pamela went back to school and received her BS in Health and Communications in 2020. Prior to the birth of her first child, Pam was the Associate Managing Editor at Scholastic, Inc., the children’s book publisher.
Born and raised in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, Pam moved to New York City in 1986 where she met her future husband and raised her children. In 2015, Pam and her husband moved to the DC Metro area, and now live full time on Lake Anna in Mineral, VA. Pamela brings to HER a passion for helping others succeed and live their best and healthiest lives.
