Veronica is the Chief Operating Officer for the National Abortion Federation (NAF). She is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization’s internal operations.
Prior to joining NAF, Ms. Jones served as the Vice President of Operations for the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) where she was responsible for management of ABIM’s Maintenance of Certification program and the exam delivery process. During her tenure at ABIM she was responsible for the development and monitoring of the annual operational plan. Additionally, she launched ABIM’s marketing, media, and internal communications efforts.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Jones served as the Director of Marketing for Penn Medicine. In this role she developed corporate advertising and branding programs to promote key medical and surgical departments. She served as co-Producer of an Emmy-award-winning consumer health education program.
Ms. Jones earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree from the University of Southern California.
